1. Acceptance of Terms הסכמה לתנאים

By downloading, installing, or using the SeeDesktop software and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 3. Acceptable Use Policy מדיניות שימוש הולם

You agree not to use SeeDesktop for illegal or prohibited activities. It is strictly forbidden to: הנכם מסכימים שלא להשתמש ב-SeeDesktop לפעילויות בלתי חוקיות או אסורות. חל איסור מוחלט:

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As Is”) ויתור על אחריות (“כמות שהוא” / “As Is”)

The SeeDesktop software is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the software’s performance, uninterrupted availability, or completely error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time.
