At SeeDesktop, we want you to be fully satisfied with our remote desktop software. If you purchase a PRO or commercial license and find that it does not meet your needs, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. ב-SeeDesktop, אנו רוצים שתהיו מרוצים לחלוטין מתוכנת השליטה מרחוק שלנו. אם רכשתם רישיון PRO או רישיון מסחרי וגיליתם שהוא אינו עונה על הצרכים שלכם, אנו מציעים התחייבות להחזר כספי של 30 יום.

We believe in transparency and control. Your subscription will NOT auto-renew. All renewals are done manually once a year. This EULA is a legal agreement between you and SeeDesktop for the software product accompanying this EULA. הסכם EULA זה הינו הסכם משפטי בינך לבין SeeDesktop עבור מוצר התוכנה הנלווה להסכם זה.

4. Grant of License הענקת רישיון

• You may use the software on the number of devices permitted by your specific license tier. הנכם רשאים להשתמש בתוכנה על מספר המכשירים המותרים על פי מסלול הרישיון הספציפי שלכם.
• License Keys:מפתחות רישיון: Your License Key is confidential. Sharing or reselling your key will result in immediate termination. מפתח הרישיון שלכם הינו סודי. שיתוף או מכירה מחדש של המפתח יובילו לביטול מיידי של הרישיון.

5. Intellectual Property Rights זכויות קניין רוחני

All title, including copyrights, in and to the SeeDesktop software are owned by SeeDesktop. כל הזכויות, לרבות זכויות יוצרים, בתוכנת SeeDesktop הן בבעלות מלאה של SeeDesktop.

6. Termination ביטול וסיום התקשרות

SeeDesktop may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software. SeeDesktop רשאית לבטל הסכם זה במידה ולא תעמדו בתנאים. במקרה כזה, עליכם להשמיד את כל עותקי התוכנה שברשותכם.
